Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring an Outside Sales Professional to build a personal client base in the Greensboro, NC area. You will prospect, network, and convert opportunities into long-term Northwest customers while managing your own territory with the support of a strong team.

Expect a base salary of $36k–$40k plus commissions. You'll receive a company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad for route assignments, plus comprehensive benefits and a robust training program.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Own the hunt: generate new business through cold outreach, door-to-door prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
• Build your pipeline: consistently prospect and develop a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Inspect, solve, and sell: conduct inspections and present tailored solutions.
• Close and convert: communicate value and convert prospects into Northwest customers.
• Develop relationships that drive growth with customers and internal teams.
