Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional in the Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem area. You will own your territory, build a personal pipeline, and close deals with businesses and homes while enjoying a strong support team and comprehensive training.

Expect a base salary plus commissions, a company vehicle, health benefits, and a robust 401(k) with company match as you drive growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through cold outreach, door-to-door prospecting, networking.
• Consistently prospect and develop a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections and present tailored solutions.
• Communicate the value of our services, overcome objections, and convert prospects into long-term Northwest customers.
• Build strong relationships in your territory with customers and internal teams to support long-term retention and referrals.
• Actively participate in training and development opportunities to sharpen your sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset while operating company vehicles and performing inspections in the field.
