Northwest Exterminating is hiring an Outside Sales Professional to proactively build a personal pipeline, prospect, network, and convert conversations into customers. You’ll own your territory with autonomy, supported by a strong team and extensive training.

A base salary plus commissions, a company vehicle, and a full benefits package come with the role. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are licensed drivers, and can obtain a pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Own the Hunt: Proactively generate new business through cold outreach, door-to-door prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
• Build Your Pipeline: Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers and qualify opportunities.
• Inspect, Solve, and Sell: Conduct inspections and present tailored solutions to earn the business.
• Close & Convert: Communicate value, overcome objections, and convert prospects into customers.
• Develop Relationships: Build relationships in your territory to support retention and referrals.
• Commit to Growth: Participate in training and development to sharpen sales skills and knowledge.
• Work Smart & Safe: Operate company vehicles safely while in the field.
