Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in North Carolina is seeking an Outside Sales Professional. You’ll build your own pipeline, prospect, network, and turn cold conversations into long-term customers in your territory. You’ll own your route with autonomy, supported by a strong team, and receive comprehensive training.

A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad are provided. The role offers a training salary of $3,000 per month during training, with commission opportunities afterward, plus medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Customer Transition: Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.
• Safety First: Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
