Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to build and own a local sales pipeline. You will conduct inspections, provide quotes, and convert prospects into customers while growing your territory.

You’ll start with a structured training salary of $3,000 per month, plus the potential for commissions after training. A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad are provided to support route coverage and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects to customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend regular training and stay up to date on industry trends.
