Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to build your own pipeline, prospect, network, and close long-term customers. You’ll own your territory with strong team support and direct impact on results.

You’ll start with training compensation and a company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad for route assignments, plus a robust benefits package and paid time off. Candidates should be ready for an active field role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Sell and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Transition customers by communicating the value of services.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers to drive loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay ahead in the industry.
