Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Idaho seeks an energetic outside sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. After comprehensive classroom and field training, you will visit small- and medium-sized businesses, introduce industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions, and build a growing client portfolio across diverse industries.

You will use Salesforce CRM, respond to client inquiries, schedule meetings, and work with a team of high-achieving peers to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven sales performance and goal orientation.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Willingness to complete a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to fit client needs.
• Visit new businesses and nurture relationships with local owners.
• Develop your client portfolio and referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and report daily activity.
