You will make in-person meetings with business owners and key decision-makers, introducing industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to fit employee needs.

You will often work with employees on an individual basis and present to groups of 5 to 100+.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• A track record in sales, athletics, or leadership roles with results.
• Clear personal goals, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and attend meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
