Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory in Billings, MT. You will meet with business owners to present supplemental insurance products and build a robust client portfolio.

You will receive comprehensive training, use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, and work with a small team to hit monthly targets. Requires a driver’s license and an insurance license or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory and meet face-to-face with business owners.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and manage client relationships.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and present products.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager; record daily activity.
