You will receive comprehensive classroom and field training before making calls to small- and medium-sized businesses, scheduling in-person meetings with owners and decision-makers, and presenting supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their employees.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Proven track record in sales or leadership roles.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Producer license (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads and build client portfolio in your territory.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present insurance solutions to employee groups and individuals.
