Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise seeks an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory by meeting business owners and decision-makers in person. You will drive client acquisition and retention, supported by a collaborative team and a structured training program.

You will use our Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and track activities while working toward monthly and quarterly sales targets. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by meeting local business owners and decision-makers.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and client records.
• Schedule and attend meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build client portfolio.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Record daily activities and sales updates.
