Job summary

iFOAM of Greater Northwest Columbus is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our insulation and contractor sales across Central Ohio. You will generate new business, visit job sites, present options, and close profitable projects.

You will work with builders, remodelers, and property owners, building lasting relationships, developing your territory, and coordinating with operations to ensure installation readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least two years of outside sales experience with success generating new business.
• Experience prospecting beyond inbound leads.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to organize a territory and manage appointments.
• Willingness to travel throughout Central Ohio.
• Comfort discussing pricing and obtaining commitments.
• Experience using CRM software and basic estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with homebuilders, remodelers, contractors, property owners.
• Generate leads through outreach, jobsite visits, networking, referrals.
• Prepare estimates and proposals within pricing guidelines.
• Explain insulation options and value of the scope.
• Close sales and obtain pricing approvals as needed.
• Maintain CRM records and provide realistic sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure installation readiness and handoffs.
• Provide a smooth customer experience from discovery to project completion.
