iFoam in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a sales representative to promote insulation products and services to commercial and residential customers within a defined territory.

You will build a client list, drive sales revenue, and support the company in delivering quality, professional service. Strong communication and sales skills are essential to presenting innovative insulation solutions and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ideally, two or more years of experience in customer service/commercial sales.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep notes and records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking.
• Strong team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Must become proficient in product offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain constant communication between all departments on current work orders.
• Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain daily reporting.
• Answering new and existing customers' phone calls while following sales processes
• Cold calling, door knocking, and meeting with prospective clients when needed
