iFOAM Insulation is seeking a Sales Representative to sell insulation products and services to commercial and residential owners within the Alpharetta, GA territory. You will help grow the client list and sales revenue while upholding company standards of quality and professionalism.

A successful candidate will use creative lead-generation techniques to exceed sales goals and will rely on strong communication and selling skills to present insulation solutions to prospective customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service or commercial sales preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM.

Responsabilités

• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources to ensure efficient task execution.
• Monitors and ensures progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities and documentation on time.
• Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Monitors and reviews all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintains constant communication between departments on current work orders.
• Ensures customer needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manages and maintains daily reporting.
• Answers new and existing customers' calls following sales processes.
• Cold calling, door knocking, and meeting with prospective clients when needed
