Job summary

iFoam is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to sell insulation products and services to commercial and residential owners in the assigned territory. You will build the client list, drive sales revenue, and uphold standards of quality and professionalism.

Strong communication and closing skills are essential to presenting innovative insulation solutions and exceeding sales goals. Position emphasizes customer-focused service, lead generation, and proactive outreach with a 24-hour reply

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in customer service or commercial sales.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of keeping efficient notes and records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation promptly.
• Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Reviews all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met; maintains communication across departments on current orders.
• Ensures customer needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manages and maintains daily reporting.
• Answers phone calls from new and existing customers following sales processes.
• Performs cold calling, door knocking, and meets with prospective clients when needed.
