Job summary

iFoam is seeking a sales representative to sell insulation products to commercial and residential owners in your territory. You will help build the client list, drive sales revenue, and uphold quality and professionalism across the company.

You will use strong communication and selling skills to present insulation solutions, exceed goals, and support customer needs. Training, advancement opportunities, and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in customer service or commercial sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain constant communication between all departments on current work orders.
• Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain daily reporting.
• Answering new and existing customers’ phone calls while following sales processes
• Cold calling, door knocking, and meeting with prospective clients when needed
