Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to independently manage existing customers and prospect new opportunities within a defined territory. The role emphasizes strong relationship development, presentations, and negotiation, with responsibilities spanning order processing and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of outside sales experience, knowledge of the building industry, and the ability to read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
