Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a territory and drive growth in insulation and building product distribution. The role focuses on building relationships, presenting to customers, and expanding market share with uncapped earnings potential.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of the construction/building products industry.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to win in a sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects in your territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activities.
• Present, negotiate, and communicate with customers effectively; process dealer orders and requests.
• Promote the company brand and drive sales growth across the territory.
