Job summary

Master Pumps & Power, a SunSource company, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow a territory in the industrial pumps market. You will hunt for new business, develop customer relationships, and close deals.

You’ll apply your knowledge of centrifugal, rotary gear, PC, positive displacement, and chemical pumps to deliver integrated pump solutions and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial sales experience with fluid process equipment.
• Strong knowledge of process hydraulics and proven sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plan, identify prospects, and drive new business.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales.
• Build customer relationships by understanding fluid process applications and providing pump solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Master Pumps & Power products, applications, features, and benefits.
• Use CRM and sales tools to manage time, territory, and pipeline.
