Job summary

Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our market presence in key sectors across North America. You will build lasting client relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth through tailored solutions and in-depth product knowledge.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals, demonstrate our pump and mechanical seal expertise, and pursue strategic industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in industrial sales, with a focus on similar product categories.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with industrial processes.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage potential clients within designated markets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and grow market share.
