Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for residential and commercial wildlife management services. You’ll identify opportunities, consult with customers, and deliver tailored solutions while building long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes field sales, a strong pipeline, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure top-tier customer experience and service completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Must travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Outside sales experience in pest control, roofing, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in territory, develop relationships, and present wildlife service solutions.
• Self-generate opportunities, follow up to close deals, and collect payments.
• Create detailed proposals using templates and close sales.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Build partnerships with homeowners, managers, and contractors to drive referrals.
