Qualifications

• Positive self-starter: upbeat, persistent, and able to cold-call without fear of rejection; manage time, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task effectively.
• Strategic closer: established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales with a proven track record of closing deals and winning clients.
• Proven winner: ambitious mindset that thrives under pressure and aims to exceed sales quotas.
• Three years of B2B sales experience (preferred field sales) within a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within a protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top‑down sales strategy.
• Turn prospects into loyal and referral clients by recommending the right solutions to address real business needs.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
