Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales and win new business within a defined territory. You will participate in top-notch training and work with both new and existing clients to sell HR solutions that improve employees’ lives through robust benefits offerings across hire-to-retire.

You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and manage multiple deals from lead to implementation, earning industry-leading

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Military experience — teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building.
• Ability to manage multiple sales processes across a defined territory and document them through to implementation.

Responsibilities
