Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit local businesses in South Carolina, explain supplemental insurance options, and build lasting relationships. You will manage your own schedule, work with a supportive team, and pursue growth through new and existing accounts.

A licensed or licensable Health & Life producer status is preferred. You will train in virtual and territory-based settings, develop a strong client book, and aim for monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

Passion for helping others and ability to connect with clients.
Self-motivation and the capacity to manage time independently.
Resilience and persistence in the face of objections.
Full-time availability: 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Travel within the assigned territory to meet with business owners and decision-makers.
Build and maintain a book of business with proactive follow-ups.
Present supplemental insurance products and services to clients and groups.
Set and review monthly/quarterly targets with the sales team.
Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
