Altitude Group seeks a Field Sales Representative to prospect, present, and close sales of supplemental insurance in your dedicated territory. You will travel to businesses, meet owners and decision-makers, and deliver engaging presentations to groups of employees.

You will receive training, weekly draw pay, bonuses, and commission eligibility from start, with advancement opportunities and flexible scheduling as you build your book of business.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Sales-oriented with a passion for helping others.

Responsabilités

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses in your territory.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Present to employee groups of 50–100+ people.
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs.
• Record sales metrics and activity daily.
