Job summary

Altitude Group in Redmond, WA seeks an Outside Sales Representative to visit local businesses, present supplemental insurance products, and build lasting client relationships. You’ll work face-to-face with owners and benefits managers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs and drive security for their employees.

You’ll set your own schedule, manage your own book of business, and operate with a disciplined, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset. Full-time, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life producer license if needed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses within the territory to present supplemental insurance products.
• Develop relationships with owners and benefits managers.
• Set and manage monthly/quarterly sales goals with the manager.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet with clients face-to-face.
