Altitude Development Group is seeking a sharp, energetic sales professional to grow with us in Albany, GA. This is a full-time outside sales role in your own territory, with hands-on training from an assigned trainer and the chance to develop a local book of business.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work independently and handle a dynamic, changing environment.
• Licensing in Health & Life general lines is required or willing to obtain (licensing reimbursement provided).
• Outside sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing re-service.
• Set follow-up appointments and balance cold leads with warm opportunities.
• Present supplemental insurance products to decision-makers in person or via meetings.
• Maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
