Qualifications

• Must have strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Three years of sales experience required.
• Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in defined territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and subsidiaries.
• Prospect and qualify new accounts, including competitor accounts.
• Collaborate with division representatives to promote cross-selling.
• Prepare sales action plans and present products to clients.
• Utilize CRM to develop pipeline and monitor market conditions.
