Job summary

Interior Exterior Building Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial and residential building materials business in Gainesville, GA. You will develop and expand sales within an assigned territory, building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.

The role emphasizes field customer interaction, identifying new opportunities, preparing quotes, and collaborating with inside sales and operations to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience; outside sales preferred.
• Commercial construction or building materials experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow commercial & residential sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and other professionals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for potential projects.
• Collaborate with inside sales, branch operations, and vendors to meet customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
