Job summary

Manning Building Supplies, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and maintain existing accounts across Florida. You will promote products, prepare quotations, coordinate deliveries, and build relationships with contractors and builders.

Requirements include 3 years of sales experience in building materials, knowledge of products, ability to estimate from blueprints, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in building materials or related industry.
• Knowledge of building materials, products, and contractors.
• Ability to estimate from blueprints and use a calculator.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure new accounts for the company.
• Provide existing accounts with products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate product selection to meet customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, terms of sale, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate schedules and material deliveries with contractors.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Assist in accounts receivable collection.
• Input orders and maintain accurate records.
• Share market information and pricing against competitors.
• Maintain knowledge of sales against budgets and margins.
