Job summary

Interior Exterior Building Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow commercial and residential sales in the Gainesville, GA area. The role focuses on building relationships with contractors, project managers, and suppliers while identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience required; outside sales experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial building materials experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow commercial & residential sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial contractors, subcontractors, builders, and other construction professionals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
• Make regular sales calls and customer visits to understand project needs.
• Develop relationships with general contractors, drywall and framing contractors, project managers, estimators, purchasing personnel, and owners.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and pursue opportunities to supply building materials.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for potential projects.
