Job summary

R.F. Fager Supply seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow sales by developing and managing relationships for our Bath Group.

You will promote wall systems, plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced environment, with proven outside sales experience and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, including Solar Eclipse.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate value clearly.
• Background in home improvement, kitchen or bath products preferred.
• Bachelor's degree desired.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, Solar Eclipse a plus.
• Self-starter with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers, and design professionals.
• Conduct territory visits, client meetings and product presentations.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects; use Solar Eclipse and other tools.
• Generate quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with inside sales, purchasing and delivery for seamless service.
• Deliver marketing materials, samples, and small product orders as needed.
• Stay informed on products and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
• Represent the company with professionalism and customer-centric focus.
