Job summary

R.F. Fager Supply seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by developing client relationships and promoting plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories.

You will build long-term partnerships with builders, remodelers, contractors and design professionals, manage a sales pipeline, provide quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service. A customer-first attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven and successful outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills; articulate clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems; Solar Eclipse experience a plus.
• Self-starter with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Growth-minded with willingness to learn and share success strategies.
• Background in home improvement, kitchen or bath products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed key sales metrics and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design pros.
• Conduct regular territory visits, customer meetings and product presentations.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects; use Solar Eclipse and other tools.
• Generate quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with inside sales, purchasing and delivery for seamless service.
• Deliver marketing materials, samples and small orders when needed.
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
• Represent R.F. Fager with professionalism and customer focus.
