Job summary

R.F. Fager Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Bath Group by promoting wall systems, plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories to builders, remodelers and design professionals.

The ideal candidate has proven outside sales experience, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. A background in home improvement products is strongly preferred, with a degree desired and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience driving growth and building client relationships.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value to diverse stakeholders.
• Background in home improvement, kitchen or bath products is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems; Solar Eclipse experience is a plus.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed key performance metrics and sales goals to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design pros.
• Conduct territory visits, customer meetings and product presentations.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using Solar Eclipse and other tools.
• Generate quotes and follow up to close sales.
