Job summary

R.F. Fager Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the Bath Group by developing and managing client relationships for wall systems, plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories in Camp Hill, PA.

You will conduct territory visits, present products, generate quotes, and close sales, while coordinating with inside sales, purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service. A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate clearly.
• Background in home improvement, kitchen or bath products is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree desired.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (Solar Eclipse a plus).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design professionals.
• Conduct territory visits, customer meetings and product presentations.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Generate accurate quotes and close sales.
• Coordinate with inside sales, purchasing and delivery teams for seamless service.
• Deliver marketing materials, samples and small product orders.
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends to provide guidance.
• Represent the company professionally with a customer-centric focus.
