Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Background in home improvement, kitchen or bath products preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design professionals.
• Conduct regular territory visits and product presentations.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using Solar Eclipse and other tools.
• Generate quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with inside sales, purchasing and delivery teams to ensure seamless service.
