J.H. Larson Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Albert Lea Territory in Minnesota. You will generate sales, manage customer relationships, and work with internal teams to meet quotas and margins.

The role offers a base salary of $65,000 with commission, a comprehensive benefits package, and travel up to 50% to serve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC customers across our markets in MN, WI, and SD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical/construction industry or related field.
• Valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and lead generation through market research, cold calling, networking, and events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors; provide value-added service.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and manage orders from quote to delivery.
• Document sales activities in CRM and coordinate with internal teams to meet quotas.
• Travel up to 50% to service the Albert Lea Territory and surrounding markets.
