• Physically capable of climbing ladders, walking roofs, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
• Conduct on-site inspections, accurately measure project needs, and document findings using mobile tools.
• Present professional, customized solutions and estimates using CRM and estimating software and completing sales appointments scheduled by our office team.
• Educate homeowners on materials, warranties, and energy-efficient upgrade options; maintain clear communication throughout the sales cycle.
