Job summary

USA TODAY Co., Inc. through LocaliQ is seeking an Integrated Media Specialist (Outside Sales) for a territory‑based, hybrid role in Port Huron, MI.

You will hunt net-new business while growing an ongoing client book, crafting tailored digital marketing strategies and guiding clients from initial conversation to performance reviews. You will partner with internal teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, maintain CRM activity, and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with success in new business development, account growth, or related roles.
• Ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, social, networking, and relationship-based outreach.
• Experience using CRM and sales tools with disciplined pipeline management and follow-up.
• Comfort discussing digital marketing solutions such as search, social, display, and video.
• Excellent communication skills and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build a consistent prospecting cadence to develop a strong pipeline.
• Manage and grow a territory balancing new business development with retention and expansion.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Build data-informed marketing proposals linking strategy, tactics, and budget to goals.
• Own the full sales cycle—from outreach through close, with CRM accuracy and forecasting.
