Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a motivated territory-based sales representative in Texas. You will engage directly with small to mid-sized businesses to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions, supported by comprehensive training.

Expect a blend of one-on-one discussions and group presentations, with autonomy to manage your schedule and territory growth. A license in Health & Life Insurance is encouraged, with study and state licensing fees reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Background check completed as part of pre-employment process.
• Must have an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Licensing in Health & Life Insurance Producer in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience, including relevant sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network within your territory and nearby communities.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients’ insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your sales team manager.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
