Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; degree near completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and working hours; submit to manager weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
