Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Route Operations Supervisor to manage territory activities, ensuring cost controls and growth while maintaining high customer service. You will follow up on at-risk accounts and approve critical invoices and deposits.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in service and hold a valid driver’s license; DOT requirements apply. Travel, MS Office proficiency, and safety program participation are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in service industry preferred and customer-facing roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet DOT requirements where applicable.
• Willingness to travel including overnight stays as needed.
• Ability to operate a Step Van or similar vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support cost control and growth targets within assigned territories.
• Approve invoices and deposits; conduct route observations weekly.
• Execute action plans and truck audits as directed.
• Drive safety initiatives and coordinate with production to resolve shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve service concerns.
• Assist sales to identify growth opportunities and cover sick days.
• Travel to other Market Centers for special assignments when needed.
