Colonial Group is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong relationships with customers while achieving sales growth. You will manage daily routes, deliver products, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, route maintenance, order accuracy, lead generation, and clear communication of pricing and policies. A valid license and strong math/communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads/prospects, call on prospective customers to solicit business, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing methods to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety practices and perform other duties as required.
