Job summary

Vestis is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support route operations across assigned markets. You will maintain cost controls, review invoices, support sales initiatives, and provide outstanding customer service while coordinating with production to resolve shortages.

Travel and flexible hours are required to cover routes and contribute to future leadership opportunities. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in service or distribution roles, a valid driver’s license,

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of service industry or distribution experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; DOT requirements where applicable.
• Must be at least 21 years old; able to operate a Step Van or similar vehicle.
• Strong customer service and sales results; ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned territories to maintain targets for cost controls and growth.
• Perform daily route check-in by reviewing invoices and deposits for accuracy.
• Execute prescribed action plans and truck audits as directed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve service concerns.
• Coordinate with production to resolve shortages and production-related opportunities.
• Travel to other Market Centers as needed to support operations and growth.
