Job summary

Vestis seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support Dayton-area routes, manage customer accounts, and help meet cost controls and growth targets. You will collaborate with production to resolve shortages and deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and sales results, plus travel to cover routes and assist other Market Centers as needed; a valid driver’s license and DOT requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of service industry experience.
• Valid driver's license and DOT requirements where applicable.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to operate a Step Van or similar vehicle.
• Strong customer service and sales results required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain targets for cost controls and growth within assigned territories.
• Perform daily route check-in with invoices, deposits and documents for accuracy.
• Execute action plans and conduct route audits as directed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve service concerns.
• Coordinate with production to resolve shortages and improve service.
• Travel to support other Market Centers and cover routes as needed.
• Progress to DM position within 9–12 months.
