Job summary

Schindler Group is looking for a Manager for Territory Modernization Project Operations in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will develop and execute business plans, manage relationships with customers, and ensure project profitability.

Applicants should have a BA/BS in Business, Management, or Engineering and 5-7 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of $142,800-$178,600, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in various assignments within the Company, in the Elevator industry, or in another service-oriented business.
• Experience managing a P&L for an industrial company strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan in support of financial objectives.
• Interface with Field Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Manage networking capital and billing procedures.
• Review and approve change notices for cost allocation.
• Maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

Education

BA/BS Business / Management / Engineering or related field
