Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or technical leadership experience in the elevator industry or a service-oriented business.
• 5–7 years of related experience within the company or elevator industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage modernization of existing elevators and partner with Modernization Sales on opportunities.
• Build and manage an operational budget and tool inventory for cost effectiveness.
• Lead a team of Field Superintendents and hire onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure safety, quality and profitability.
