Job summary

You will drive business plans, coordinate with field teams, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction across complex projects.

The role requires strong P&L management, cross-functional leadership, and a track record in project delivery within elevator or related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years in elevator or service industries.
• Experience managing a P&L for an industrial company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to meet territory objectives.
• Coordinate with Field Superintendents and Project Managers for schedules and capacity.
• Approve change notices to ensure proper cost allocation and profitability.
• Lead MOD Project Managers and oversee hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with MOD sales to ensure smooth sales-to-operations handover.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with key clients and GCs.
• Guide resource allocation and project timelines for quality outcomes.
