You will mentor field teams, manage budgets, and partner with customers and industry experts to deliver high-quality, safe, and innovative elevator solutions. This position requires extensive travel within the territory and a strong background in project

Qualifications

• Knowledge of product and application; modernization techniques and procedures
• Ability to understand financial statements
• Legal awareness of contract terms and conditions

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan supporting financial and non-financial objectives for the territory modernization initiative
• Lead a team of modernization-focused staff to meet financial targets and KPIs
• Manage labor relations and ensure safety and quality standards across projects
• Review bids and coordinate manpower movement for specialists and field staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry consultants
