Job summary

Tactile Medical is seeking a Medical Device Sales Territory Account Manager in Asheville, NC. You will educate therapists, physicians, and patients about the Flexitouch System and other products, while developing sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

The role requires collaboration with clinicians, travel within the territory, and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant sales or clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience (4 years)
• 3+ years of outside/inside sales OR 1+ year of medical sales OR 4+ years of patient-facing clinical experience OR 2+ years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support work experience
• Healthcare sales experience with clinicians is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to launch new products desirable

Responsibilities

• Educate therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical
• Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints
• Other duties as assigned
